_ How can I book a room ?

_ How can I change or cancel a reservation ?

Any request to modify a reservation must be made at least 48 hours before the due date of the stay.
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours before the stay.
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours, the price corresponding to the stay will be charged on the bank card or credit card.

_ What are the facilities in the rooms ?

Our hotel offers the comfort of a 2-stars hotel. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom, TV and free WI-FI.

As the hotel houses in a 19^th century building, it is not provided with an elevator.

_ Is there a parking ?

The hotel has no private parking.
The parking in front of the hotel is a 2-hours parking (1 euro per hour).
It is free from 6.30 pm until 9.00 am.
It is also free on Sunday and public holidays.

Please be aware that the spring events and the summer events often take place on this parking lot, hence, the parking might not be available during your visit.

You can also park on the free part (white part) of the parking along the river side, Quai Lucien Gautier or on the free parking lot Place du Chardonnet.

It is also possible to park on the secure toll parking Centr’Halles (near the Rue du Marché and Place St Pierre) nearby the hotel (fee : 1 euro/hour,).

_ Is there a place to park bicycles ?

Yes, the hotel provides a free secure place to park your bicycles, on reservation.

_ Is the area lively ?

Our hotel is located in the center of the city. The area is usually very busy and lively, especially during high season.

_ What type of breakfast do you serve ?

Buffet breakfast is at 11 euros per person. It’s a continental breakfast.
Breakfast room service is available on reservation, with an extra cost of 5 euros per person.

_ What about the restaurant ?

The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and diner.
It is also possible to book half-board or full-board.
Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening.

_ Are pets allowed at the hotel ?

Pets are allowed in the rooms with an extra 8 euros per pet, per day.

_ What are the check-in time and check-out time ?

Check-in is 4 pm.
Check-out is 11 am.

_ Do you have smoking rooms ?

No, all our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

_ How far is the hotel from the train station ?

The hotel is within a 20 minutes-walk from the train station. There is a bus line from the train station to the center of the city.
