Our chef cook will be happy to prepare the refined dishes of the varied menu, and invites you to discover a traditional cuisine. All the dishes are made with local products and you'll find a number of regional specialities on the menu.

- The restaurant of Hotel Cristal, located at the town centre of Saumur, is open all through the year, except for Sunday in low season.

- During your stay in the Anjou, the hotel offers two catering services: half-board (with extra cost of 37 €/person/day) or full board (with extra cost of  57 €/person/day).
